SOCi is looking for a Marketing Coordinator, Outbound Marketing, who will assume a critical role on the marketing team, responsible for owning and coordinating outbound activities including but not limited to:  assisting lead generation efforts through the prep and cleanse of owned and paid lists, assisting with the setup and management of email nurture campaigns, qualifying and disqualifying outbound leads, as well as researching accounts that fit into SOCi's ideal customer profile. This person will work closely with marketing, sales, and operations to assist all outbound lead generation efforts.

In this hands-on role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Assist in the creation of outbound demand generation programs from scratch

In this role you will:

  • Serve as the first touchpoint for new prospect lists - ensuring that all contacts meet our data integrity standards prior to loading into our CRM database.
  • Research and input missing prospect information using tools such as LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo etc.  
  • Own the health and integrity of our prospect and lead database for SOCi.
  • Work in conjunction with the Director of Outbound Marketing and head of Events to ensure proper pre-event and post-event outreach.
  • Support post-event follow up logistics by ensuring leads are loaded and assigned correctly, sales activity is logged, and resulting opportunities are associated to the campaign in Salesforce.
  • Partner with sales to ensure that marketing generated outbound leads are properly assigned to the appropriate representative across SOCi's various sales organizations.

You'll be a fantastic match for this role if you bring:

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, business, or related discipline
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and Pardot, Hubspot or Marketo highly desired
  • Experience building spreadsheets, pivot tables, and advanced lookups using Excel
  • Motivated by a rapidly expanding and changing environment
  • A self-starter with strict attention to detail
  • Confident, self-motivated, hardworking, proactive and resourceful
  • Thrives on finding efficient solutions to ambiguous problems
  • Collaborative team player who can also work with minimal direction
